question about license being upgradable from non commercial to commercial on TX16Wx, i have the free option atm

Am I thinking of buying the TX16Wx non-commercial one if I end up with the full one being out of budget but am I wondering if I could then later down the road upgrade to the more expensive version or not, I tried to look in the FAQ on the website but did not find anything and also searched this site but did not locate anything as I was not sure of what keywords to use nor the specifics of this software license being upgradable

If you require upgrading your licence (you find yourself making more money than the non-commercial/commercial threshold), you can contact me (at sales address) and we will set up a payment of the difference and get you upgraded. There is no web shop option for it (not that common).
