Midi Controller not triggering Sample - Using Gig Performer

Hi All, I have just upgraded from Mainstage to Gig Performer, and just tidying up what doesn't work etc. One thing I have used in the past was a Sampler, so a quick google search revealed the TX16Wx.
I have downloaded it, and put it a very basic Yamaha Orchestra hit. The Preview works, when I press the Play button. Midi input works, as well as the onscreen keyboard. Output 1 works, however, nothing seems to trigger any sound output regardless of the note pressed.
I can trigger an mp3, but not a WAV?

Scrap that, I was loading in the wrong screen!

One issue though, is I am using the orchestra Hit, but obviously want to do different pitches. HMM Next conundrum
