Weird glitches in step sequencer

When I use the step sequencer on the smart scale/multi arp, the notes get jumbled every 6 to 8 bars. there seems to be notes failing to trigger causing the next note to be played instead of the intended one.

I'm using Ableton, The MIDI clips are all quantized, i tried with and without trimming the ends of the notes slightly in case of overlap, different note lengths, nothing is in front of ChordPrism that could be interfering with it, I tried routing ChordPrism from a separate track as well as hosting vst within ChordPrism so I'm pretty sure this is a glitch to do with ChordPrism.

Anyone else have this issue and has found a solution?
