Hi,
I have been using Tx16Wx for some years, but in the last year I did not. Now I decided to give the Pro-Version a try and to use it a bit more again. However after purchasing, I realized, that after playing a few notes the program freezes and my DAWs (I tested it on Cubase and Ableton) did the same. I am working on Windows.
Are there any steps I can take, to find the issue?
Thanks in advance,
Jan

I would start with providing details on platform, OS, version, TX version, DAW version, and exact steps to reproduce the issue.

Hey,
I am using Win10/64 and the latest TX-Version.
My Cubase-Version is 8.5 I believe, but as I said, I have the same problem with Ableton, so I suppose the DAW is not the problem.
The exact steps are: I open TX, I load one or more sounds into TX, I play some notes (I can hear them) either on my MIDI-Keyboard or on the Virtual Keyboard in TX and after playing for approx 10 seconds, the program freezes as well as Cubase. When opening the Tast Manager, it says, that Cubase is not responding.
And that's it. I tried it several times with the same outcome.

"latest" is not a version number or build. But I assume you are running 3.5.1a? Are you using 32 or 64 bit DAW, 32 or 64 bit plugin? Did you try creating a mini dump? (Right click in task manager, "create dump file") It would be most helpful in determining the issue.

Yes, it is 3.5.1a. 64 bit DAW. And I think the 64bit Plugin, although I am not sure and I don't know, where to find the information (it is not written in the Info of the Plugin; or at least, I did not see it there).
I did the "mini dump", but I cannot open it. It is too large for WordPad or the WinEditor.
I also cannot attach it here, because it is too big, even when zipped (it is 233 MB).
Do you have a solution for this?
