Trying to follow a tutorial but when he clicks the Melody Presets in the Melody Editor at 8:00, it shows some presets for him but none for me. I have the full version of RC, and even bought Melodya separately. The presets look so cool but I don't have them.

welcome to this forum!
What you see in the video is the video creator's own presets. You can save or restore not just the melody, but all the settings as well. I am afraid no such presets are provided with Melodya or RapidComposer. My plan is to implement sharing presets online and using shared presets.

I am not sure if I sent you additional resources for RapidComposer. There are lots of contributed phrases that you can use, I think there are melody phrases too.
