Sylenth1\Cubase SX3 issue

I downloaded and installed the Sylenth1 Windows XP version 3.032.
However when l launched Cubase SX V3.1.1
Sylenth1 does not appear in VST Instruments.

The .DLL is in the VST folder.
In Plugin information Dialogue it is listed but classed as unloadable.

I'm using an lntel Pentium 4. Windows XP Service Pack 3.

v3.032 loads fine on VSTHost + Windows XP SP3 here (not activated though).

Right Click DLL -> Property -> Digital Signature
then, check if its signature is OK.

In old OSs, you may need to update the root certificates to the latest one.

Maybe 32 bit? 64 bit?
