Reaper cannot find VST or VST3.

Hello, I have the following problem...

I developed an Instrument in Maize and already installed it on several Windows and Mac machines. It always worked perfectly with Reaper and other DAWs.

However, today I tried to install it on a computer but Reaper didn't recognize it, and as I said I've done this process several times and it always worked.

In Reaper, the plugin appears in the Failed to scan plugins list.

Windows is 64bit
Celeron processor.
If anyone has been through this and can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Ooh I had this with some Synth Edit devices like Hz Box. Worked dandy on Reason/Studio One etc but Reaper wouldn't see it at all. Now I wish I could remember what sorted it. I had some wins that then didn't work again which makes it hard to recall and be 100% sure it doesn't happen again.

I know that SE made some changes to ensure that all the VST3 requirements like full ID tags were there. I don't remember if that was the solution tho.

Sorry, I can't be more specific but at least you know that this is a thing, esp with Reaper.

Which version of Maize software and plugin generation are you using?

I use Version 2.9.5
Yesterday I generated a new DLL using Maize Sampler, but the problem still persists.
All Windows systems that are not PRO, this error happens.
