Hi, I need to share with you how I bought new MOTU interface that is faulty and store that I found on their website refuses to return the money to me for months after returning the interface that is faulty again... I am staying away from MOTU, like you should too.. here is a video about it if you are interested.. I guess I will need to find a lawyer to sort this out, government inspection here did nothing when I reported this case...

Trying to find a lawyer now, but I am having a hard time getting to one.. this is the second week I am trying to find one... will create a video later about it.. now they are waking me up and not allowing me to sleep so I miss the working hours of lawyers...

If you bought from a store, deal with the store.
Only that store guy know how he bought the Motu unit from where etc.
Mostly Motu will not respond to your request.
Happens all the time to many products someone purchase somewhere.
Stop telling people to stay away from Motu.
