How can I request sysex from CZ5000

Hi

I'm trying to backup my presets from CZ5000 but some how request sysex doesn't work.

I'm sure that I've matched midi ports and channels but seems like virtual CZ doesn't send any midi message when I click Request sysex meanwhile send sysex does work.

Does anyone might have any clue with this?
