What apps should I use for the best quality on Android? Should I try a daw or is it best done with a handful of apps? Please tell me the best solutions for a pro sound. If Uhe or Togu has an app that would be great.

Unfortunately, it looks like Caustic has been removed from the Google Play Store. There is a fairly comprehensive list of music apps available for Android on the Mobile Apps and Hardware forum:
