Change note color?

Sorry if I missed this but is there a way to change note color? I looked around in color options and didn't see anything. Also tried color picker but it doesn't seem to work on notes. Thanks-

The note color is defined by the track color.
The track color is defined by the target rack color.
If still no specific color then the default rack color is used.

Ah ok thanks. I knew there was some interconnectedness going on, and now I see the "signal path".
