Native Instruments Maschine MKII not working

I hope someone can help me. Or point me in the right direction.
So I bought this but am unable to get it to work.
I have downloaded the Native Access setup but when I launch the program I get this message: "Failed to download latest update". Also "Download Failed". I have tried reinstalling but now when I launch the program, it goes straight to that window. I cannot get passed it. I have allowed access through my firewall (simplewall) but no joy. I've tried downloading drivers et. I'm out of ideas.It shows up in my DAW settings but it still does nothing. I've tried Ableton and FL Studio. I'm on windows 10. Thanks

Just so we're clear, it's the Native Access app that's giving you trouble, not the Maschine MK2 hardware, correct? Did you download the updater and Windows driver from the following link?

Isn't it always the way? I just figured it out. The link that was in the packaging sent me to the wrong, outdated version of access. Just figured it out and everything seems to be sorted now : )
