KSM Windows Alert, "Can't load protection component, OS error 0x45a."

Apologies if this one has been reported, but I get this pop-up quite frequently while KSM scans my plugins.

Right now, on Windows 10, I'm in the middle of a VST3 only scan and it's popped up with each of the Pulsar Audio plugins as well as PSP plugins - so almost certainly iLok related.

EDIT:
Seems to be all iLok plugins. Was happening with Mixwave and Softube too. I happened to have KSM open in a splitscreen and was watching as it crashed to desktop. Last thing I saw it scanning were Softube VST3 plugins.
