Windows 11 is just fine as a DAW platform.
We've been running it since Microsoft broke the ability to disable CPU Core Parking with later builds of Win10.
This may have since been resolved... but it was that compelling reason to finally make the move.
We're not going back to Win10 at this point... as it offers no gain.

There's a new thread-scheduler for 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen CPUs.
In most cases, there's little to no performance difference between Win10 and Win11.
IOW, Don't install thinking you're going to gain appreciable performance (that won't be the case).

Several things:
You need an 8th Gen CPU (or newer)
Your motherboard needs TPM 2.0 (and it must be enabled)
You need to have Secure Boot enabled and the boot drive must be activated GPT (not MBR)
