Hello, I did not pay for the license in March and I would like to do so to activate it (Sylenth1). I was on the LennarDigital website and when I wanted to activate, I received an error that the payment could not be made. How can I activate it?

This may be of help to you:

The subscription can be stopped and resumed any time you like, using the Stop/Resume button on your account page. During the time it's stopped, your license will be on hold. When resumed, the plan will continue where you left off.

Please note that your computer needs to be connected to the internet when using the payment plan (at least once each month).

I've already tried restarting, but it didn't help. I get this error:

"Unfortunately we were unable to charge your account. The transaction was denied by PayPal or your bank.
Please check that your credit card and/or bank details in your PayPal account are valid and up to date. Also make sure there are sufficient funds available. Then try clicking the Resume button again.
If you keep having problems, please contact PayPal Customer Service for further help."

Even though I have a certain amount on my bank account through which I pay for subscriptions.
