When I connect Out L and Out R of the KR Polywave to Scope A and Scope B of the Signal Analyser and play a note than I see two waves, which is correct. But when I disconnect for instance Out L while the note is playing and after that release the note than on the Signal Analyser only the signal of Out R dies out while a static picture of the former signal on Out L indefinitely remains visible.

Done on purpose so the scope will hold the last signal when audio is turned off for debugging.
I agree it is a bit odd behavior though. I'll come up with a better solution.

Maybe give the user the option to turn off the static debugging picture?
