Has the 1 pole Low Pass filter no phase shift? I don't see any phase shift between the input and output on the Signal Analyser...

It should be 45degs at cutoff. I don't think the signal analyzer is accurate enough. It's polling the signal periodically on a zero volt rising. When I get time I'll up its sampling resolution.
