I think so yes: https://www.fabfilter.com/help/pro-q/using/stereo
Let it process the side band and drop it's volume. That should make it mono.

Certainly! You can use FabFilter Pro-Q 3 to make sounds below 200 Hz mono, which is an effective technique to tighten the low end of a mix. Here’s how to do it:

First, insert FabFilter Pro-Q 3 on the track you want to process, which could be on your master track, a bus, or a specific track like a bass or kick drum. Next, enable stereo processing options by clicking the small "Stereo Placement" button at the bottom of the plugin window.

Add a new filter by selecting a Low Shelf or Bell filter, and adjust the frequency to 200 Hz. To make the frequencies below 200 Hz mono, set the filter to "Left/Right" mode in the Stereo Placement options. Adjust the pan setting to the center by setting it to 0% L/R. This action sums the frequencies below 200 Hz to mono.

Make sure to listen and adjust the filter settings as needed to achieve the best sound balance and effect. This approach ensures that your low frequencies are centered, enhancing the stability and impact of your mix.

I've refunded the EQ from FabFilter since it's a little bit too expensive for me in the end.
I've found this free plugin that does what I need:

I wonder if this can be done easily with Logic's stock plugins as well.
