HI. I saved a bunch of presets to various user subfolders and then came back years later and changed them all around moving and deleting presets but for some reason the ones I deleted or moved are still showing in the subfolder (in Omnisphere only). I can't see any menu options for rescanning or creating a new database or something, is there a file I can delete so it has another look at what is actually there?
If you don't eat yer meat, you can't have any pudding. HOW CAN YOU HAVE ANY PUDDING IF YOU DON'T EAT YER MEAT!?

Oh I followed my own question actually and yes there was an obvious index file which I have deleted and it has righted itself.
