CAPS LOCK does not work in Mnotepad

Using Shift and texting an alphabet gets it big, but trying to type them large using CAPS LOCK does make them small.

That probably depends on the OS, DAW and plugin interface. See the plugins are kinda slaves to what all this "masters" give it
