Neither did mine.
I hate email these days - it used to be a case of "It just works" now there's all sorts of ways their apparently trying to protect you from spam which only ever seems to prevent the stuff I'm waiting for coming through. I still get plenty of spam.

Caleb, we had several reports where customers didn't receive the mails with the download URLs. But in all cases we made it finally. Send me your request once more.
Some people might find it funny: We're still sending out CDs too because it simply works.

Usually a download link request mail is proceeded by Julia within a few hours maximum, it just depends on the time zone you are. We're sending out the download link mails directly from the download server system. To assure that you'll receive the mail properly your mail provider must accept html text mails, mails with embedded URLs and subjects like "your download links". The sending mail address ends with @backintimerecords.de . We already heard from customers that they didn't got the links although we sent them. And although it's the double work for us to resend them we always doing this to get you the links finally. Please do not use freemail accounts like gmx, hotmail, yahoo etc. because those are unreliable for this kind of mails. In case of the above posting from Oliver.Lucas it was the failure of the gmx mail account, then he changed the mail address and everything went smooth and successful.

Hi, I was always looking for a voice focused VST and the description of Vox'd sounds great. But I am a bit confused about how to get vox'd. The mp3-link on your site links to the Wusik site. Do I need Wusikstation? Where can I hear some mp3 examples (or see the patch-list) and is there a download version of Vox'd and how big is it?

I have vox'd, great plug in. It comes as a seperate VST and is based on the Wusik engine (hence the link), but it can be used without getting Wusik.
