PFL customers will get a free copy of all of the Prodyon software :)
How will this happen? Do we need to get in touch with you? Or do you have all PFL owners emails?

Hope that all makes sense :)
Sorry - but it doesn't make sense to me.

Well, it's nice that you get access to all the former stuff and to keep the PFL accounts "active". But I really don't understand at this point why Dennis wanted to quit - again(!).

It would have been so simple, and yes - this is where I see you being mistaken on your business model. The simplest route would have been, that you offer help in terms of the VAT thing. Maybe ask for a certain percentage of the sale price in terms of handling. And then Dennis could keep his doors open, continue to work on his content and provide us with more excellent material.

Granted, this isn't the first time that Dennis closed doors - but this time around the VAT thing was something else, and it could have been prevented - or better said "fixed" as it stands now.

I currently really have mixed feelings about this topic.

Everyone who bought Shortnoise 1, will get Shortnoise 2 for free. Everyone who was a PFL customer will get all of the Prodyon libraries for free.

We're trying to see if a PFL customer list is available so we can contact everyone who was PFL. If this isn't available, we'll have to ask all the PFL customers to email us directly. We'll update you all soon :)

Sorry it doesn't make sense to you. I guess this is just the way it turned out and that's all there is to it really :)

I already have bought Shortnoise 1 and also 2 :D

Couldn't resist the closing sale price of Shortnoise 2, only $10

So I got v1 and v2 for just $15+10 = $25

Not free, but pretty close

I'm glad I was fast enough to download it while it was free. There's nothing permanent on the internet!

Still listed as a freebie on the site: http://vstbuzz.com/freebies

Could be temporary gone, I'm amazed that they have the money to pay for bandwidth, 6GB per user downloading, adds up to a lot

Looks to be working again now

Unfortunately, Prodyon has been unable to provide us with a list of the PFL customers, so we're going to have to ask all PFL customers to contact us directly with a copy of the Paypal PFL purchase and we can honour the agreement.

We're really sorry as we know its not the best customer experience but unfortunately we don't have any other option :(

Could all customers who have previously purchased the PFL option from Prodyon email us at info@vstbuzz.com and we can provide you with links to the products?
