UVI support responded to me this morning and asked me to try copying the full disc contents to my hard drive and installing it from the hard drive instead of the install disc. I did try it, and it failed with the same "Error in extraction" failure.

However I did try downloading the product again from my UVI account once I learned that they had updated the file on their servers and the new one finally installs. Yay!

I get this when i check out @ MF:
SKU {J13510000001000} This sku was not found in the system. Please remove items from your cart before proceeding.

We can check with Musician Friends on Monday, but maybe this was only a temporary glitch.

Yep - getting this in Chrome and Firefox.
Additionally after I change the country to US I get the following:

In Chrome it claims the email is missing from the shipping address after using PayPal and will not continue despite stating a confirmation email will be sent to the correct email address on the screen before confirming the sale.

In Firefox it requires you to select a shipping method and the choices are $40 International Shipping.

Guitar Center still does not provide a download. Thinking this is a lost cause.

....but

1) download seems not to be available at GC anyway, at checkout there are only options to ship with DHL?
2) trying to checkout at MF gives this error: "SKU {J13510000001000} This sku was not found in the system. Please remove items from your cart before proceeding." Tried in several browers, all give the same error

Well, nevertheless, several similar cases establish a pattern that the problem is at MF and not on any individual computer.

Looks like the error has been explained, it is now stated that the item only ship to: United States

Whether surface mail or download, it doesn't appear to make a difference.

it was same over here with the error messages , and now as Numanoid says only United States !

now i don´t have the mood anymore to look at this , i dont look back and i move on , spend this money to other things
