Yeah, that’s a bit confusing. I was expecting it would show the current number of voices and midi activity, but all it does is it lights up on right-click. It’s the same on the default skin, so it’s not something I messed up

You are right, I also found that out , but I also saw a YT vid from 2011 where it was working

Indeed it has nothing to do with YOUR BEAUTIFUL skin, it's a novation f*ck up
Thanks again.

Sigh. I'll be on my deathbed by the time they port a skin like this to Synth1.

This might sound a bit strange, but I'm using VStation on a mac - MacOS 12.6.1 with Logic Pro X 10.7.5 when using the amazing new skin.
When ever I shutdown/restart my mac, the Novation VStation disappears from the list of plugins within the Logic Plugin-Manager. So I have to re-install from the installer, which in turn replaces the vstation.component with the original version (original skin), restart the mac and then VStation in its old skin appears in the list of plugins.
It seems that when ever I replace the skin and restart the Mac, VStation drops off the Plugin Manager list. Anyone else experiencing this?

So I put a gate at - 80 db
I don't know this gate for the V-station track OK ?
Edit : Just disable the effects and all the hiss noise disappears

Synth1 is not skinnable in the true sense of the word, since its GUI is 99% vector generated. So you can't just replace the graphics assets and call it a day...Boy Wonder wrote: ↑Tue Nov 01, 2022 3:17 am Sigh. I'll be on my deathbed by the time they port a skin like this to Synth1.
Anyways - HOLY MOLY the Summit skin for V-Station... looks breathtaking!
