Cubase - Plugin Routing Question

I like being able to tune my guitar while keeping it hooked up to my mixer. Right now I have a hardware tuner on the FX send. I'd like to eliminate this for desk-space reasons. I found the C-Plugs C-Tuner plugin and it works pretty well but ideally I want it to be open all the time and always monitoring my input channels. Is this possible? Alright thanks.
