Installing in Windows

I have looked at the screenshots and features of ZynAddSubFX, and I'm really excited about getting started with the program. However, I'm not sure how to install it. I have downloaded and unzipped the file, but what do I do next? With other programs I've installed, I just had to open the .exe file and follow the instructions.

Do I need to compile the program before I can install it? If so, how would I go about doing this? I've never done such as this, so I'm not sure where to start.
