vsti Oscillator touble

i'm have a problem with a VSTi i'm writing that i can't fix. Every 500 samples or so there is a tick in my sine/tri/saw/whatever. I do not generate the tick by myself because if play a high note the interval doesn't change. changing the samplerate only changes the interval in samples not in time . Does any of you have any suggestions ?

thats not really alot of information but it sounds almost like you have a bug where you don't process the last or first sample in your processReplacing()
