Nice encapsulation of catch-22: Posts are being rejected for no discernible reason because you are a new member with less than five posts. You have to send a PM to find out what's causing the spam alert. But PMs are not available to you because you are a new poster with insufficient posts.

The logic is inescapably circular! ; )
