Which tools can do a sfz format... by samplers I mean to sample and sample hardware and vsts and to play the samples back properly.

Digital Systemic Emulations
Not sure if it's added. Anyways, Digital Systemic Emulations, the maker of the Giant Verb, has a bunch of great instruments and samplers; I tried some of the samplers; they're choice though not always resampled to stay in the same sample rate by pitch so you have to find the root note. At times though, like in the case of sampled horn samples; slower can be better.
