I was glad to see this. I've been meaning to PM you here or email you at your site about your other songs, which I like quite a bit.
I've only listened once so far, but I like this one too. The cymbals are too loud--overpowering--in some places, but I like the feel of this a lot.

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and to leave a few words. I greatly appreciate your encouragement and I will take your comment about the cymbals into consideration. It is always helpful to have another person's feedback on this kind of thing and the next time I get a chance to play with the mix, I will see what I can do with the cymbals.

I have now played around with the cymbals and brought them down in the mix. I also played around with the overall EQ. Any comments will be appreciated.

I think the new mix is an improvement, and after repeated listenings I still like the song. Good stuff. I'm looking forward to more.
