Wow ! That was a close one ! 4º place, I nearly ruined my 1-year-project.
BTW, congrats to the winners and thanks for saving my 'neck'.
Scoops, I understand you're overworked, but Folderol's still missing 10 points for the Kazoo. That would bring him just after the spring of D.H. Miltz, IOW right into the middle of the summer.
OK. I've got it ! This was your 1º of April joke.
Cheers,
Max... .. .

A great month ! Congratulations to Echo Voodoo and Aziraphal !
I owe the greatest thanks to the audience who gave me many votes
This is my best result...
Thanks to Scoops for keeping the contest (although a busy business schedule ) and all the people who wrote reviews
Cheers

Congrats to the winners. This has been a very good month I think. Lots of very original ideas - I'm amazed at how many ways there are to use a kazoo!
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently now an 'elderly' so maybe I forgot!

A very appreciative thanks to the kind souls who voted for my track. It is always an honour to get so many votes, especially when so many of the contest entries are of such high caliber.
Congratulations to Aziraphal and special congrats to Laguna Rising for the personal best.
Thanks to the reviewers, as always. The feedback is invaluable and what I love most about the contest.
And big thanks to Scoops, who manages to run a tight ship in the virtual world despite a tight schedule in the natural world.

Congratulations to the winners. Hey I got 2 out of 3 right this time.
Thanks for the votes and, more importantly, for listening and commenting.
Answer to a question regarding one of the obscure references: the title was a variation on "The Eric Dolphy Memorial Barbecue". Some of the "not so young" around here might know it.
Bottom line: he who composed the piece that partly inspired my loving, if rather clumsy, homage, died at age 52. Tim passed away at almost the same age. No matter how young those around us may be it's important to not take them, nor their work, for granted.
RIP Tim Conrardy

Oh! No!!!!!!
I miss the voting time!!!!!!!!!!
sorry, people!
I listen to great tunes in this contest. Grerat! I also appreciate every review of my song. I wish I could do reviews, but I spend too much time and brains to write in English...
Next time I won't miss anything.
Thanx!
