The bass starts at 0.30-0.40 min. any clue which instrument can recreate such type of bass?

Sounds mostly like a bass to me. Try running a sampled one of your choice through some tube preferably with a 60s style sound to it. I think that what they did here. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure you'd be able to make a similar sound in Kontakt or sampletank with their on board libraries.

trilogy has some good slap/fingered bass patches that will work for this. throw guitarrig3/amplitube etc on it for the drive factor.
