hey there -
currently using valhalla stuff, which i love, but i was wondering if there are any good reverb vsts which have really good sharp transient early reflections for making cool drums sounds with?
unrealistic as possible :]

Try B2 (two engines in one instance), Aether (which has a dedicated ER-section) or combine/cascade IRs (convolution) with algo reverbs.

EOS is good for that.
Wonder whether my advice worth a penny? Check my music at Soundcloud and decide for yourself.

Put some delay in front/parallel of them and build your own ERs using your favourite reverb after that.

VSL's Hybrid Reverb combines ER impulses with an algo tail with a LOT of control at both ends, with control of feed of the IR to the AR. It has a 'crossfeed' control which, at 0% is minimal diffusion to the stereo field, so that precisely placed, mono or narrow-field sources [individual drums] sent to it reflect per their particular space.
It is only part of the bundle Vienna Suite. So no one here knows about it, but it's a fantastic reverb. Control of density, modulation of the tail, predelay of both ER and AR etc.
