Diva patch jumping in pitch

I just made a simple patch with a self oscillating filter and some LFO to give it some weird melody. Next thing I know after it playing just fine for 5 minutes, it suddenly leaps upwards in pitch and doesn't reset itself when I reload the saved patch. Ok so I adjust the midi note down to compensate, 5 mins later, up it goes again.

Any ideas ?

AFAIK it's the demo limitation. After some time it goes weird in pitch..

No. That's Zebra. Diva demo only has crackles.
It's possibly a midi-learn.
Un-learn it.

Post

Well it can't be the demo thing as I have now bought/registered it. When you say "unlearn it"... is there one button that clears all midi learned setting ?

Btw it jumps up several octaves, not a small amount, if that makes any difference

I un learned every single clickable item on Diva... that's not it :(

Post the patch so we can look and see what's up with it.

Try using an init (initialize) patch that isn't your own.
Like the ones included with Diva.
Then re-create what you did on your own, and see if it still has the problem, and what was the step (setting) you did when the problem starts happening.
Check after each setting change.

can I attach the preset or do I have to use some sort of file storage site ?

Unfortunately my country is blocked from that site.
Try this one.

Also, did you try my suggestion from my above post?

iamyourfather, are you by any chance using SONAR? This has happened to me on multiple occasions, but I believe it has occured with non-U-He synths as well.

No I'm using reaper and it never happened before, not with zebra either

tested a new brand new patch and copied setting and it came out the same as the "broken" patch... not what I expected. It seems like the patch was actually "wrong" BEFORE it moved up in pitch... almost like it corrected itself ?

IDK what to make of it, pretty confusing

I played with the patch, but I don't know what the problem is, as I it only stays at one pitch for me using Live.
The patch is very high pitched at C3-C4 area, and the resonance is all the way up.
I had no pitch change happen though.

Does it happen in the middle of playback, or only when restarting playback? Reaper might have a setting to zero all controllers or something like that...

Another possibility would be a screwy pitch bender on a controller. I've heard many people report these kinds of problems with controllers going bad.
