Hi!

How can I set up Synth1 to be able to cycle through the patches in a bank with my M-Audio Axiom61 mkII, ideally with a footswitch? I use Ableton Live by the way. Also, the Axiom has only a sustain and an expression in but no assignable one, is this a problem?
