Hey, I'm wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction as to getting this kind of effect on my lead, here is 2 examples :

@ 0.28 -

@ 0.44 =

Any help would be much appreciated! Im guessing its done with a 3rd party plug ins but i am not 100%

This can be done with a combination of LFO'ing the pitch of the lead, with the rate increasing, and the gain should have a long attack aswell (if you have massive - the internal envelopes are really good for this!)

On top of that some stutter (I recommend Sugarbytes Effectrix) and then you have the desired effect!

also, those chops that follow the vibrato are done either with an arp/gate or a square wave LFO routed to the volume

Thank you very much for the replies, the only thing what made me think it was an external plug in and not done within sylenth or any other single VST is that them sounds are very layered (well the avicii/ nicky romero one is anyway) - so surely a 3rd party plug must have been used across the lead bus on all the layers? Also i know the main sound from the a vicii/ romero example is from nexus which I'm not sure if you can modulate vibrato as easy
