Hi,

I don't usually get much response on this forum - but I'll try again ;-)

I've got a new song out. It's called "Upper Cut" - you can check it out here:
http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=11686434

I call it Pop/Rock - but I never know what category to call things. It's just streamed off Soundclick - nothing to download and you don't need to buy anything - I'm just looking for feedback.

It features the usual suspects: (for me)
Superior Drums
Trilian Elec Bass
Omnisphere
VB3
real Strat through a POD XT
general nonsense...

Any comments welcome ;-)
Thanks.

Some cool freakish sounds and flourishes. Beats sounds good, get the job done.

I cant believe how realistic and good the software is getting, Ive been working alot with electronic drums lately and im gonna definitely have to dig a proper drum rompler out. :?

Yeah - I love Superior. You start with some MIDI files played by decent drummers, then you edit them to fit what you're working with - then you have your raw drum parts. Add a little channel strip voo doo (compression, eq, tape saturation) and it sounds pretty good ;-)

This is a great track, love the energy. Some very nice guitar playing there & I like the almost glitch like FX interspersed here & there with guitar. Nice work :)
