Midi CC value converter/transposer

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a midi plugin that can transpose or change the incoming CC's value (not the CC itself)

For e.g I want to use some toggle buttons on a midi plugin as toggles for some parameters in the host. But the host only reads CC values above 64 as on and below 64 as off. And the toggles on the plugin sends CC value 0 when put off,which is fine, but sends CC value 1 when put on with no option to change it.
So I was looking for a midi plugin that can change this value of 1 to 64 or more so that it can be used as a toggle.

Anyone know of a plug that can do this?

So, value 0 should be mapped to 0 and 1 to 127?

Do you use Reaper? (I've done a JS midi mapper for myself).

Did you check the Pizmidi package? Lot's of usefull Midi stuff.

@phaded Had tried the NDC plugins. Great plugs but unfortunately cant transpose CC values. Wish there was some kind of a CC value Amp (like ndc's note velocity amp), with parameters like on which CCs should the amp work on and which value should be amped up to which value.
I use minihost modular and NI maschine.

Will definitely try out the piz midi plugs. Let you know how it goes.
