How to extract frequency data over a long period of time?

Is there a program that lets you extract the continues frequency spectrum data for typical songs (say around 4 minutes) rather than just a snapshot?

I need a way to extract data for frequency + amp + time.

Audacity! menu Analyse - Plot Spectrum, shows a graph (freq/amp) for the current selection. No time, that's your selection (e.g. the whole song.) Set the Axis to "log frequency" instead of linear.

If you analyse a couple, you'll see it resembles pink noise: an equal drop of amplitude for each octave.
