How to make this bass?

Alright, I'm working on a track and I desire this bass and transition. Around 1:30 in the song below, the bass-i believe it's a reese bass-glides in beautifully, and I would love to know if anyone knows a technique to get that effect. Also I would like someone to mention to me what type of bass that is, or how I might make the bass if it isn't reese.

I was mostly hearing the kind of bass you can do with Razor or Harmor (or possibly Massive) - that wobbly bass sound that is currently the rage.
