Yes, read the feckin' manual. Arp is a part of Diva for quite some time now.

The ARP on Diva will come as soon as the problems with USB 1 and Serial Ports are resolved.

I was CONVINCED the arp had its own tab for some reason, but it's right there on the main panel. I've been out of the loop for a while and the last version I had was pre-arp, so I'm a bit behind the curve here (Is Win98 out already?!! Jeez...)
