It seems to be simply a brand name for digital radio:

Which means, of course, that you'll have to buy a digital receiver. They may play a few tricks to enhance frequency response, but it will probably be about the quality of internet transmission - with the added bonus of the signal cutting in and out as you go in and out of range.
