Hello, unfortunately I also have trouble with the support trying to sell my Synthmaster license. I have received an answer to pay the fee immediately which I of course did. Since then all my mails (from contact form and email to support and Gercek) have been ignored for more than a week which is a shame in my point of view. Especially since the buyer now wants refund and I have paid for the service.
I am extremely disappointed and hope someone from KV331 Audio will contact me and just do the transfer.

On 11/27/2019 I bought another copy of the Everything bundle. Because as you have been made aware multiple times, My licence stopped working when SM2 2.9 came out. The new license that came with this second purchase of the bundle still does not work with SM2. The license for SMPlayer works. SMOne works.
This has been a problem caused on your side. I am now out another hunk of money.
My last time contacting you about this license, that has been on going for 2.5 years, was on 11/29/2019. This second Everything license SM2WSS-C6FAHD34-8EF7-ET59-J68H-WZE5-DHFHCBD3 doesn't work either.
Come on! You've blown me off and given me sub-par responses for my support requests. I'm so frustrated and sick with this. If you cant get it worked out by Monday 12/23/2019. You need to give me my money back. Fix my account and get Synthmaster working for me. WTF

I really appreciate the two Synthmaster Synths, but the support of KV331 is unbearable! I have made several attempts to contact them on the website and by email and have not received an answer until today.
Currently I can't get to their website either, because my chrome browser warns of an "unsecure connection" and blocks access (August 23, 2020).
I recently bought an expansion for the Synthmaster One via PayPal (invoice number 202015101, date of purchase August 08, 2020), but until today this expansion has not been licensed nor is it displayed on the website under "My Files" - nor in the Synthmaster. It seems to have simply been lost.
I bought it after logging in on the KV331-Website (not via Synth-Software), received the confirmation via email and also a transaction confirmation from Paypal - but no license. I don't want to cancel the purchase via PayPal's buyer protection, but if I don't get a response I will have to do exactly that. And then it doesn't make sense to make another attempt to purchase this or any other expansion.
Please, KV331, take a look at it. Otherwise I will have to cancel the purchase via PayPal buyer protection in 5 days. The deadline is from PayPal.

Feedback: Bülent of KV331 has contacted me by email and the expansions are now licensed. They are great as always and I am looking forward to working with them creatively. I also have access to the website again. Now I am content

Hello - I've tried to contact support twice now and received no response. I'm unable to use Synthmaster One due to it being blacklisted by Cubase so I am stuck with a non-functioning product that I paid for on your site. Can someone please reply back? I can't believe a company as well known as this will not even reply to support requests (not just my requests based on the posts above). Thank you.
