Yes, I use it on my Windows 7 laptop and it's good.

Pro:

Low noise
Hi Impedance (5 meg ohm)
Integrates to Windows Audio
Input Gain knob

Cons:

After wakeup from standby the control panel settings (output level etc.) are reset.
