As I've mentioned, I've been in contact with support since January on this. My last email was sent to them about six days ago. It seems their new tactic is to just ignore the issue since they can't figure it out. Does Total Studio 3 have only one transfer fee for the whole thing?
And does the T-RackS Grand upgrade have a separate fee for it?
It's a shame really to have to junk something I like because of this.
But I've literally wasted days in installing/unistalling/rebooting and re-installing; not to mention the 'now over a month' in an email circle.
