Ya know, although it's not discussed much around here, but if you oversample Synth1 using a host app like VST Oversampler, Synth1 can seem to have much smoother filters and less aliasing and therefore possibly sound somewhat similar to these fine demos. Food for thought, or maybe not.

And did anyone say OnePingOnly yet?

BTW, really nice demo (The Depths Into Your Eyes), Irion Da Ronin! Particularly enjoyed the legato lead part at the 3/4 mark. Very tasty!

Also, as two of the demos made ocular refs, made me wonder if there was any clue to be mined there...

On second guess: it's probably DIVA, because there aren't too many VSTs out there that can sound as warm as the demos do.

Also, Ned and Irion both own DIVA... so...
