Thanks for chiming in Chi bear, I reckon that I need new installers.
I have to see that the support system here is very poor, it was July 24th and when I first posted and I had already sent an email at that point. I have never experienced support like this.
I just fired off another email.

P.S. all of my posts seem to be double posting for some reason, I am not spamming.

i'm sure there's good reason (e.g. your messages end up in spam), because usually Kirk responds within hours. i believe he also has a phone number on the website, so you might try that as well.
