For lack of a more specific term...Pads

I am looking to make something similar to this sound:

I have the gate and delay effect down. It is the pad itself that I cannot duplicate. Perhaps there is a more specific term that I could use in my Googling? "Ah Pad", "Windy Pad", "windrushpad"?... I dunno, there are often terms for sounds that are unknown to me.

I have Googled up quite a bit and discovered the art of EQing "Ah" via formants. I can make my sounds have a little "ah-esk" of a quality, but even so, still the original sound is very far off from what I can create.

I've given it a shot in NI Absynth and in Sylenth.

I believe it is a combination of 2 sounds, or perhaps 3...A very short soft bass, a choir, and some kind of windy sound.

Are there any suggestions that would aid me in my quest? Even if I have to explore new software or sample packs?
