need help from pro in hard trance

ok i am new here in this forum so please be kind if my q is very basic.
ok i am working on hard trance project i have drum,loop,bassline,lead and fx
i were visit a friend that make hard trance too and notice that i need some more tip and tricks in hard trance to make my music more pro i give example:
i notice that in hard trance sometimes use the lead on 32 when the bass of the lead in on 32 bar 1 oct up 1 oct down
like:

this is the bass of the lead

so it will be like arppigiator to the lead and its sound good.
the bassline if we take 4 bar so its on 3,4 with delay.
what i need is more technique that usally use with hard trance i know there many but please give me some basic.

I dont think there is a lot of people making hard trance in these forum but you can check out www.serious-sounds.net or www.samplecity.net and they are more oriented to the music you make.
