Hi,
I want to make a minor chord sound with 2 oscillators.
So I put osc B to single mode, osc C to Mixed A+B, detune osc C by +3 semitones and within osc C I choose pitch offset of +4/12.
I expect to get a minor chord (0 / 3 / 7) but what I get is a (0 / 3 / 8 ) chord.
If have to set the pitch offset to +3/12.
What funny math is wideboy doing here? (3+3=7?)

I think the problem is that 'x/12' is Not Semitones - it is Twelfths, pure mathematical twelfths which is linear whereas semitones uses a 'power' function which is non-linear.Chris-S wrote:Hi,
